- Items must be returned in their unused condition, along with all original components, packaging, and accessories.
Refunds

- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after approval.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, simply send the goods back to us along with the original invoice included in your package.
- Once received, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
- We accept returns and refunds for sale items, provided they meet the same return conditions (unused and complete).
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
